• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney: $15 Per Copy.
• Travel Fees: starting at $20 within Sacramento.

Signing Agent Fees:

• Loan Documents : $200/set.
• Second Mortgage, Equity Loan: $100/set.
• Settlements: $75/set.
• Copy/Scanning/Faxing/Mailing/Courier services also available for an additional fee.
